Leading with Vision workshop

Darrell Kehler from SCOPE Leadership will be at Bergfeld Church on January 19 & 20 to present Leading with Vision. The Leading with Vision workshop is designed to equip, empower, and encourage the local church to pursue God’s call with greater courage and confidence. It is applicable to leaders (and potential leaders) at all levels, who will learn practical and effective skills in working as a team to achieve desired outcomes. The workshop is highly interactive, allowing individuals to learn from each other, as well as identify actual concerns and needs within the leadership team.

Participants will gain practical insight about:

- Their God-given leadership style and how it impacts the way they lead a group of people.

- The process of leading a group or organization through effective change.

- Personal strengths and challenges within their tendencies in 18 leadership best practices.

- The current dynamics, challenges, and opportunities within the church.
